1. General items
You have chosen a Croozer Mini. Thanks to its 2 in 1 function,
you can use your new Croozer Mini as a Bicycle Trailer and as a
Stroller.
Please make sure that you carefully read through this Owners
Manual before using the Carrier. This is because, as purchaser
and user, you are responsible for the proper assembly and
well-kept condition of your Croozer Mini, as well as for main-
taining it as prescribed and for any repairs needed. Failure to
comply with the safety instructions may result in risk to health,
life and limb.
You will nd all that you need to know about your Croozer
Mini on the following pages:

The following sequences of illustrations will give
you an indication of how the Carrier is assembled .............22 - 23
Section A shows you how to assemble it as a Stroller ............... 24
Section B shows you how to assemble
it as a Bicycle Trailer .................................................................. 25
Section C shows you how to attach
the hitcharm to the bicycle .................................................. 26 - 28
If there are individual assembly or safety instructions that you do
not understand, or if you are not sure about the correct way of
doing something, please ask your specialist cycle dealer.
Safe and appropriate use of the Carrier is your responsibility. Before
using the Carrier for the rst time, acquaint yourself with its handling
characteristics away from public roads and without carrying your
pet. An empty Carrier will tip over more easily when negotiating
obstacles with one wheel only than will one carrying a load. A fully
laden Carrier makes greater demands on the brakes of the bicycle
towing than does an empty one. First get to know the new handling
characteristics of your bicycle with the Carrier, so that you do not
then endanger yourself or others.
Please take note of Section 6. Weight distribution, hitcharm load
(nose weight) on the hitch, suitability of the bicycle towing.
Maximum permissible speed:
As a Stroller Walking pace
As a Carrier 20 km/h maximum
On bends Walking pace
2. Performance characteristics

Stroller. It is suitable for carrying small pets and small payloads.
If you wish, you can leash your pet to a ring that you will nd
inside the Carrier at the front on the left.
The maximum permissible weight is 28 kg.
Maximum load as a Stroller: 19,4 kg
Maximum load as a Carrier: 20,0 kg
Permitted hitcharm load (nose weight) on the hitch 1 to 7 kg
(to be ensured by good load distribution if necessary).
Permissible rear wheel size of the bicycle towing 24" to 28"
3. Intended use
Use as intended
As part of the use as intended, you should also follow this
Owner’s Manual and comply with the prescribed maintenance
requirements.
The Carrier is only intended for use, within the performance
ranges specied above, for the private carriage of small pets
and small payloads in daylight hours on public roads and hard-
surface paths. In addition, the carriage of various paraphernalia
in the storage bag provided for that purpose is possible, provided
that the pet being carried is not put at risk.
Use not as intended
Any use that goes beyond the above is not as intended.
Use not as intended is primarily the conveying of people, use of
this Carrier on off-road terrain, use for commercial purposes, over-
loading, excessive speed and improper rectication of defects.
The Carrier is not suitable for use as an aid in teaching a child to walk.
The Carriers must never be towed behind motorised vehicles.
Inline skating and jogging with the Stroller is not permitted.
Unauthorised rebuilds or modications of the Carrier are not per-
mitted for reasons of safety and render the warranty invalid.
Do not t any additional extension parts, such as a luggage rack,
for instance.
The carrying/towing of pedal cars, which are attached to the
handlebar or some other part of the Carrier, is not permitted.
The Manufacturer is not liable for damages arising from use that
is not as intended – this is at the risk of the user.
