200g kuutioituja tölkkitomaatteja
1 pilkottua jalopenoa, joista on poistettu siemenet
7-8g tomaattipyrettä
2.5g cayennepippuria
100ml lihalientä
1. Lisää kaikki ainekset Crock-Pot®-haudutuskeittimeen.
2. Peitä kannella ja kypsennä alhaisella asetuksella 8-9 tuntia tai korkealla asetuksella 4 tuntia.
PATAPAISTI 3–5 annosta
800g - 1kg naudan luutonta etuselkää
1½ viipaloitua sipulia
Jauhoja
1 viipaloitua sellerinvartta
Merisuolaa ja pippuria
120g viipaloituja sieniä
1½ viipaloitua porkkanaa
120ml lihalientä tai viiniä
1½ perunaa paloiteltuna neljään osaan
1. Kuorruta paistiliha 120 grammalla jauhoja, suolaa ja pippuria. Ruskista liha keittolevyllä paistinpannussa (valinnaista).
2. Laita kaikki vihannekset Crock-Pot®-haudutuskeittimeen, paitsi sienet. Lisää liha ja levitä sienet päälle. Kaada neste
astiaan.
3. Peitä kannella ja kypsennä alhaisella asetuksella 10 tuntia tai korkalla asetuksella 6 tuntia, tai siihen asti kunnes liha
on mureaa.
NAUDANPATA 3–4 annosta
500 - 600g naudan luutonta etuselkää, 2 cm:n paloina
Jauhoja
Merisuolaa ja pippuria
350ml lihalientä
7.5ml Worcestershire-kastiketta
1½ murskattua valkosipulin kynttä
1 laakerinlehteä
3 pientä perunaa, neljään osaan leikattuna
1-1½ paloiteltua sipulia
1½ viipaloitua sellerinvartta
1. Sirottele jauhot, suola ja pippuri lihan päälle. Aseta liha Crock-Pot® -haudutuskeittimeen.
2. Lisää muut ainekset ja sekoita hyvin.
3. Peitä kannella ja kypsennä alhaisella asetuksella 8-10 tuntia tai korkealla asetuksella 6 tuntia tai siihen asti kunnes liha
on mureaa. Sekoita hyvin ennen tarjoilua.
