PILETINA NA LOVAČKI NAČIN Porcija:2–4
1 – 1½ luk, tanko narezan
500 g piletine (prsa ili bataci), uklonjena kožica
200 g konzervirane cijele rajčica za umak, nasjeckana
2 režanj češnjaka, usitnjen
200 ml suhog bijelog vina ili temeljca
15 g kapare
10 Kalamata crnih maslina bez koštica, nepravilno nasjeckane
Prstohvat svježeg peršina ili bosiljka, grančice i nepravilno nasjeckane
Morska sol i papar
Kuhana tjestenina
1. Narezani luk stavite u sporo kuhalo Crock-Pot® i prekrijte piletinom.
2. U zdjeli promiješajte rajčice, sol, papar, češnjak i bijelo vino. Prelijte preko piletine.
3. Pokrijte i kuhajte na slaboj postavci 6 sati ili na visokoj postavci 4 sata, ili dok piletina ne omekša.
4. Promiješajte s kaparom, maslinama i biljem neposredno prije serviranja.
5. Poslužite preko kuhane tjestenine.
Napomena: Kuhanje piletine s kostima u odnosu na kuhanje piletine bez kosti produljit će vrijeme kuhanja za približno 30
minuta do 1 sata.

120 g gljiva, tanko narezane

1½ rajčice, oguljena i narezana na četvrtine
1. Na govedinu nanesite brašno, začinjeno sa soli i paprom. Propržite pečenku na tavi, na grijaćoj ploči (opcionalno).
2. Stavite cjelokupno povrće u sporo kuhalo Crock-Pot®, osim gljiva. Dodajte pečenku i po vrhu raštrkajte gljive. Ulijte
tekućinu.
3. Pokrijte i kuhajte na slaboj postavci 10 sati ili na visokoj postavci 6 sati, ili dok ne omekša.

350 ml goveđeg temeljca
7,5 ml Worcestershire umaka
1½ režanj češnjaka, usitnjen
1 lovorov list
3 male rajčice, oguljene i narezane na četvrtine
1 – 1½ luk, usitnjen
1½ stabljika celera, tanko narezana
1. Preko mesa posipajte brašna, soli i papra. Stavite meso u sporo kuhalo Crock-Pot®.
2. Dodajte ostale sastojke i dobro promiješajte.
3. Pokrijte i kuhajte na slaboj postavci 8 10 sati ili na visokoj postavci 6 sati, ili dok meso ne omekša. Prije serviranja
temeljito promiješajte.
