DUSENÉ MÄSO(3–5porcií)
800 g – 1 kg hovädzieho pleca
1 ½ nakrájanej cibule
Múka
1 nakrájaná stonka stonkového zeleru
Morská soľ a čierne korenie
120 g nakrájaných hríbov
1 ½ mrkvy nakrájanej na kolieska
120 ml hovädzieho vývaru alebo vína
1 ½ zemiaka ošúpaného a nakrájaného na štvrtiny
1. Hovädzie mäso obaľte v múke ochutenej soľou a čiernym korením. Potom ho sprudka opečte na panvici na sporáku
(voliteľné).
2. Všetku zeleninu okrem hríbov vložte do pomalovarného hrnca Crock-Pot®. Pridajte mäso a posypte hríbmi. Nalejte
vývar alebo vodu.
3. Zakryte a pripravujte 10 hodín pri nízkej teplote alebo 6 hodín pri vysokej teplote, alebo kým mäso nezmäkne.
DUSENÉ HOVÄDZIE MÄSO (3 – 4 porcie)
500 – 600 g hovädzieho pleca nakrájaného na kocky
Múka
Morská soľ a čierne korenie
350 ml hovädzieho vývaru
7,5 ml Worcestrovej omáčky
1 ½ nakrájaného strúčika cesnaku
1 bobkový list
3 malé zemiaky ošúpané a nakrájané na štvrtiny
1 – 1 ½ nakrájanej cibule
1 ½ nakrájanej stonky stonkového zeleru
1. Mäso posypte múkou, soľou a čiernym korením. Potom ho vložte do pomalovarného hrnca Crock-Pot®.
2. Pridajte zvyšné ingrediencie a dobre premiešajte.
3. Zakryte a pripravujte 8 10 hodín pri nízkej teplote alebo 6 hodín pri vysokej teplote, alebo kým mäso nezmäkne.
Pred podávaním dôkladne premiešajte.
