½ kg smalle noodles
2 eetlepels Worcestersaus
1 kop Parmezaanse kaas
3 eetlepels margarine
2 kwarten water

In de Crock-Pot
Multifunctionele Rijstkoker, voeg water toe en kook de kip met het zout. Als de kip
gekookt is, verwijderen en in blokjes snijden. Bewaar de bouillon. Schakel de “ ” Sauteerfunctie
van uw Crock-Pot
Multifunctionele Rijstkoker in, smelt de boter en voeg knoook, ui, selderij,
groene paprika, paddenstoelen, bonen en pompoen toe. Sauteer tot de groente zacht is. Voeg de
tomaten en vervolgens de aardappels toe en sauteer. Schakel de “
sauteerfunctie uit. Voeg
dit mengsel toe aan de kippenbouillon; voeg Worcestersaus, het kruidenboeket (basilicum, tijm,
oregano), zout, kip en noodles toe. Kook gedurende tien minuten tot de aardappelen gaar, maar
stevig zijn. Voeg tijdens het roeren Parmezaanse kaas toe. Kook 2 minuten door. Serveer en
garneer met extra kaas.
RIjST MET KIP
0,9 kg rijst
1 ui
3 groene paprika's
2 wortelen
4 teentjes knoook
Selderij naar smaak
3 kippenborsten
3 eetlepels zout
Zwarte peper naar smaak
Oregano naar smaak
Kippenbouillon, 1 pak
Tomatenpasta naar smaak
Kook de kip in water met zout, zwarte peper, oregano, kippenbouillon in de Crock-Pot
Multifunctionele rijstkoker. Wanneer de kip gaar is, snijd deze dan jn in het water waarin hij gekookt
is en voeg de jngesneden groene paprika's, uien, knoook, selderij en wortelen toe. Kook gedurende
tien minuten en voeg de tomatenpasta en de jngesneden kip toe. Nadat de saus is gekookt, voeg de
ongekookte, gewassen rijst toe en dek deze ietwat meer dan gewoonlijk toe.
