  • Hello,
    I received a pink Crivit heart rate monitor as a gift two years ago with a black chest belt.
    One day, while I was setting this watch according to the instructions and pressing the left "Set" button, it suddenly turned off. I changed the battery but nothing worked. Only today I managed to turn it on but another very annoying problem occurred: instead of displaying the time and everything else right side up (below "Crivit") all the information was reversed ("set" at the top right instead of the bottom left etc). This is not the only problem as when I want to set the alarm/alarm clock, the sound does not come out of the device.
    Also, as I was given this lovely watch by an outsider, I'm afraid she threw away the Lidle receipt.
    Can you help me?
