Appui sur la nuque

Position initiale :

Réglez l‘angle du banc à haltères sur 90°.

Assise droite sur le banc, tenir les haltères fermement au bras étiré et par dessus la tête

(Ill. 16).

Mouvement :

Pliez les articulations des coudes et descendre les haltères jusqu‘à hauteur des épaules

(Ill. 17). Montez ensuite à nouveau les haltères vers le haut.

Indications quant à l’élimination

L’emballage et l’article doivent être éliminés de manière favorable à l’environnement en

fonction des matériaux. Eliminez l’article via une entreprise de recyclage autorisée, ou

via vos services municipaux compétents. Veuillez tenir compte des directives actuelles en
