Problemen oplossen en ondersteuning
In dit gedeelte vindt u oplossingen voor problemen die zich tijdens de installatie of bij normaal gebruik
kunnen voordoen. Het gaat hierbij om:
l Problemen met geluid
l Problemen met gelijktijdig afspelen en opnemen
Problemen met geluid
Er komt geen geluid uit de hoofdtelefoon.
Controleer het volgende:
l De hoofdtelefoon is aangesloten op de hoofdtelefoonaansluiting.
l De optie Hoofdtelefoons is geselecteerd in de lijst Luidsprekers en hoofdtelefoon van het Sound
Blaster Omni Configuratiescherm.
Geen audio-output wanneer u digitale bestanden zoals .WAV en .MIDI of .AVI-vid-
eoclips afspeelt.
Controleer het volgende:
l De volumeregelaar van de luidsprekers (indien aanwezig) is op het middenbereik ingesteld. Het vol-
ume in de Mixer-instellingen van Sound Blaster Omni Configuratiescherm indien nodig aanpassen.
l De ingeschakelde luidsprekers of de externe versterker zijn op de lijnuitgangsaansluitingen aan-
gesloten.
l De luidsprekers en hoofdtelefoon geselecteerd in het Sound Blaster Omni Configuratiescherm
komen overeen met uw luidsprekers- en hoofdtelefoonconfiguratie.
Geen geluid uit de bron aangesloten op de Line-In of Mic-In-aansluiting, of de
interne array microfoon.
Doe het volgende:
l In de Mixer optie van het Sound Blaster Omni Configuratiescherm de demping van Lijningang of
Microfoon/Microfoonmatrix van de optieAfspelen uitschakelen.
Geen geluidsopname mogelijk uit de bron aangesloten op de Lijningang- of Micro-
fooningangaansluiting, of de interne microfoonmatrix.
Doe het volgende:
i. Ga naar het Windows Configuratiescherm > Geluid > Opnemen tabblad.
ii. Selecteer Lijningang of Microfoon/Microfoonmatrix als standaard opname-apparaat.
iii. In de Mixer optie van het Sound Blaster Omni Configuratiescherm de demping van Lijningang of
Microfooningang/Microfoonmatrix van de optie Opnemen uitschakelen.
Problemen met gelijktijdig afspelen en opnemen
Er wordt een foutbericht weergegeven als u gelijktijdig wilt opnemen en afspelen.
Deze fout kan zich voordoen wegens de beperkingen voor gegevensoverdracht van de USB 1.1-
verbinding. Het is wellicht niet mogelijk om inhoud via de hoogste ondersteunde bitsnelheid en/of
frequentie af te spelen, of gelijktijdig op te nemen en af te spelen (24-bit, 96 kHz). Selecteer een lagere
bitdiepte en sampling-frequenties voor een lager CPU-verbruik en lagere USB-bandbreedtevereisten.
