TIPKOVNICA:
START/STOPP: Za zagon ali ustavitev postopka štetja na prikazovalniku
računalnika.
Postopek štetja lahko zaženete tudi tako, da stopite na pedala.
Če več kot 3 minute ne stopate na pedala, se računalnik samodejno
izključi. Podatki in nastavitve, ki jih niste shranili, se bodo pri tem
izgubili.
Če dlje kot 3 sekunde ne stopate na pedala, računalnik samodejno
preklopi na stop (= odmor).
Če medtem, ko se nahajate v enem od programov, pritisnite tipko
START/STOPP in nato na zaslonu na dotik še tipko
ZURÜCKSTELLEN (nazaj), lahko preko glavnega menija v vsakem
programu (načinu) nadaljujete s svojo vadbo (izjema: način TEST in
Z.PULS).
Tipka + : S pritiskom na tipko + lahko opravite izbor oziroma vnesete
vrednosti, ki jih morate nato potrditi s tipko MODUS. Če to tipko držite pritisnjeno dlje časa, se vnos vrednosti
samodejno povečuje.
Tipka – : S pritiskom na tipko – lahko opravite izbor oz. vnesete vrednosti, ki jih morate nato potrditi s tipko
MODUS. Če tipko držite pritisnjeno dlje časa, se vnos vrednosti samodejno znižuje.
Uporabniške tipke (B1–B4): S pritiskom na uporabniške tipke B1–B4 lahko nastavite ali prikličete svoj osebni uporabniški
profil.
Podrobne informacije o uporabniških tipkah B1–B4 so na voljo v poglavju „2. Izbor uporabnika“, pod točko
„Možnost 2“ na strani 20.
TIPKE NA ZASLONU NA DOTIK:
Tekočine hranite izven dosega računalnika in LCD zaslona
Tipka MESSUNG (merjenje): Zagon in ustavitev meritev BMI, BMR in meritev telesnih maščob.
Tipka LADEN (nalaganje): S tipko LADEN lahko ponovno prikličete že shranjene enote vadbe.
Tipka SICHERN (shrani): Po zaključku enote vadbe lahko s pritiskom na tipko SICHERN shranite naslednje
funkcijske vrednosti pravkar končane enote vadbe: povprečni utrip, čas vadbe, povprečna hitrost v km/h,
povprečna frekvenca stopanja (obratov/min), opravljena razdalja med vadbo, poraba energije v kilojoulih, opomba
o telesni kondiciji, v kolikor jo preverjate. Prav tako lahko shranite rezultat meritev BMI, BMR in telesnih maščob.
