I - Het calibreren van de toerenteller
Voor een correcte indicatie van de toerenteller dient deze afgestemd te
worden op de motor. Voer hiertoe de onderstaande stappen uit:
1. Dezehandelingkanhetbestedoor2personenuitgevoerdworden
2. Meet het toerental van de motor met een handtoerenteller op de
krukas.
3. Laatvervolgensdemotor2000toerendraaien
4. Indiendehandtoerenteller2000toerenaanwst,steldandittoe-
rental in op de toerenteller van het motorpaneel.
Detoerentellerkanopdevolgende3manieren(A,BofC)ingesteld
worden. Kies de gewenste methode:
A.  Fn-afstemming(directeinstelling)
Metdezemethodekanhettoerentalvan-20%tot+20%tenopzichte
vandebestaandeindicatiegewzigdworden
Handelingen met draaiende motor:
1.Houddetoetsaandeachterzdevandetoerentelleringedruktom
de toerentalindicatie te verhogen.
2. Als de toets losgelaten wordt en vervolgens weer indrukt gehouden
wordt, zal de toerentalindicatie verlaagd worden
3.Stel het toerental in op de waarde die de handtoerenteller aan-
wst.
B. Adjust(afstemmingviamenu)
Met deze methode kan het toerental ingesteld worden indien de toe-
rentalaanwzingbinnenhetbereiktussen30%en100%ligt(1200-
4000omw/min).
Handelingen met draaiende motor:
1.Houddedruktoetsaandeachterzdevandetoerentelleringedrukt
en zet vervolgens de startschakelaar in de “ON” posities.
2.InhetvensterverschntnudetekstPULSEofADJUST.
3.DrukopdetoetstotdatdetekstADJUSTverschnt.
4. Laatdedruktoetslos.
5.Houdnudetoetsaandeachterkantingedruktomdetoerentalindi-
catie te verhogen.
6.Alsdedruktoetslosgelatenwordtenvervolgensweerindruktge-
houden wordt zal de toerentalindicatie verlaagd worden.
7.Stelhettoerentalopdetoerentellerinhetinstrumentenpaneelin
op de waarde die de handtoerentelleraanwst.
8. Zetdestartschakelaarinde “OFF”positieendaarnainde “ON”
positie.
C. Pulse - (afstemmingviamenu)
Met deze methode kan het toerental ingesteld worden indien bekend
is hoeveel pulsen per omwenteling de dynamo of de sensor genereert.
Voor deze methode hoeft de motor niet te draaien.
Handelingen:
1. Houddedruktoetsaandeachterzdevandetoerentelleringedrukt
en zet vervolgens de startschakelaar in de “ON” posities.
2.InhetvensterverschntnudetekstPULSEofADJUST.
3.DrukopdetoetstotdatdetekstPULSEverschnt.
4.Laatdedruktoetslos.
5.Inhetvensterverschntnuhetaantalpulsen/omwentelingenzoals
ingesteldindefabriek.Voorbeeld:123.45
6.Getal5zalnugaanknipperen(maximaal3keer).Drukdetoetsin
om dit getal te verhogen of te verlagen. De waarde zal eerst ver-
hoogd worden en daarna verlaagd.
7.Indienunietreageertzullenna3xknipperenachtereenvolgensde
getallen4,3,2en1knipperen.
8.Stelhiermeehetgewensteaantalpulsen/omwentelingenin.
9.Nagetal1zalhetmenuautomatischverlatenworden.Ditkanook
geschieden door de spanning uit te zetten.
