Bekrachtigingsfunctie
Symptoom Mogelijke oorzaak Oplossing
Er is geen bekrachtiging.
Is de accu voldoende opgeladen? Controleer de acculading. Laad de accu op als
deze bijna leeg is.
Fietst u op lange hellingen in zomers weer of
fietst u lange afstanden met een zware
lading?
Het is mogelijk dat de accu oververhit raakt.
Schakel de voeding uit, wacht even en
controleer opnieuw.
De aandrijfeenheid, fietscomputer of
bekrachtigingsschakelaar kunnen verkeerd
zijn aangesloten of er kan een probleem zijn
met een of meer ervan.
Neem contact op met het verkooppunt.
Is de snelheid te hoog?
Controleer de display van de fietscomputer.
Bij snelheden van 25 km/h of hoger
wordt er niet bekrachtigd.
Er is geen bekrachtiging.
Trapt u op de pedalen? De fiets is geen motorfiets, dus u moet
trappen.
Staat de bekrachtigingsmodus ingesteld op
[UIT]?
Stel de bekrachtigingsmodus in op [HIGH].
Neem contact op met het verkooppunt als u
denkt dat er nog steeds niet wordt
bekrachtigd.
Is het systeem ingeschakeld?
Neem contact op met het verkooppunt als u
nog steeds geen bekrachtiging voelt na het
uitvoeren van de onderstaande stappen.
SC-E7000
Druk op de aan-uitknop van de accu om de
voeding in te schakelen.
SC-E6100
Druk op de aan-uitknop van de fietscomputer
of de aan-uitknop van de accu om de voeding
IN te schakelen.
Er kan onvoldoende afstand
worden afgelegd met de
bekrachtiging.
De afgelegde afstand kan korter worden,
afhankelijk van de wegomstandigheden, de
versnellingsstand en of de lichten zijn in- of
uitgeschakeld.
Controleer de acculading. Laad de accu op als
deze bijna leeg is.
De accu presteert minder tijdens winters
weer. Dit duidt niet op een probleem.
De accu is een verbruiksartikel. Door het vaak
opladen en door lange gebruiksperiodes
verslechtert de accu (het vermogen neemt af).
Als er nog maar een korte afstand kan
worden afgelegd voordat de accu opnieuw
moet worden opgeladen, moet de accu door
een nieuwe worden vervangen.
