11 Controleer je positie op de  ets: als je voet met de
trapper onderaan staat zijn je knieën licht gebogen.
Stel het zadel lager in als je je been moet strekken
om bij de onderste trapper te komen. Stel het zadel
hoger in als je knieën meer dan licht gebogen zijn.
12 Draai de bout bij de zadelklem los met inbussleutel
4. Schuif het zadel omhoog of omlaag en zet het
vast op de nieuwe hoogte. Controleer je positie
opnieuw en stel desnoods bij. Zorg in ieder geval
dat je het zadel niet hoger zet dan de markering op
de zadelbuis.
13 Je kan de hoek van het stuur instellen met een
inbussleutel 4.

13 Der Neigungswinkel des Lenkers kann mit einem
Inbusschlüssel 6 eingestellt werden.
