3. Repase ambos lados del filete con aceite. Vierta un poco de aceite en una
sartén caliente y luego incorpore la carne en la sartén caliente.
4. Solamente gire el filete una vez durante la cocción. El tiempo exacto de cocción
dependerá del grosor del filete y del punto en el que quiera cocinarlo. Los tiempos
