Avvertenze importanti Per scongelare e completare la cottura di prodotti
congelati e surgelati, usate solo il sistema ad aria
calda.
Per tutti gli alimenti surgelati, osservate in linea
di massima le indicazioni del produttore.
I prodotti congelati o surgelati (soprattutto la
carne) dopo essere stati scongelati richiedono
generalmente tempi di cottura più brevi rispetto ai
prodotti freschi, poiché il congelamento provoca
quasi una precottura.
Se s'inforna carne surgelata, al tempo di cottura si
deve aggiungere il tempo di scongelamento.
Il pollame surgelato deve essere sempre
scongelato prima della cottura, per poter togliere le
interiora.
Cucinate il pesce surgelato alle stesse temperature
del pesce fresco.
I pasti precotti surgelati in vaschette-porzioni di
alluminio possono essere infornati
contemporaneamente in quantità maggiore.

Con 2 teglie: livello 1 + 3.
Le indicazioni dei tempi rappresentano valori
orientativi, che vengono influenzati dalla forma e
dalla quantità dei prodotti surgelati.
