Arrosti al forno
Il pezzo di carne con un peso superiore a 750 g può
essere arrostito molto economicamente nel forno.
La leccarda con griglia interna può essere
acquistata nel commercio specializzato
(vedi accessori speciali).
Inserire sempre la griglia interna nella leccarda.
Arrosto in contenitore aperto Sciacquate con acqua la leccarda o il contenitore per
arrosto e mettete in esso la carne.
Per carne e polli grassi, secondo la grandezza ed il
tipo di arrosto, versate nella leccarda da

litro d'acqua. Spalmate a discrezione la carne magra
con grasso, oppure copritela con fettine di speck.
Il fondo (sugo d'arrosto), che si forma nella leccarda, è
un condimento molto saporito. Sciogliete il sugo con
acqua bollente, portatelo ad ebollizione e addensatelo
con amido alimentare, assaggiatelo e passatelo, se
necessario, attraverso un setaccio.
Introducete l'arrosto nel forno freddo
(il preriscaldamento non è necessario – risparmio
energetico).
Arrostire in contenitore
chiuso Deponete la carne in una pentola per arrosto,
copritela con un coperchio adatto e spingetela sulla
griglia nel forno.
Consigliamo di preparare l'arrosto di manzo in una
pentola per arrosto chiusa.
