Tabla de horneado para platos y productos
precocinados congelados
Tener en cuenta los aspectos siguientes:
Cubrir la bandeja con papel de hornear.
No amontonar las patatas fritas.
Girar los productos de patata ultracongelados cuando haya
transcurrido la mitad del tiempo de cocción.
Condimentar los productos de patata ultracongelados
cuando ya estén hechos.
Para hornear panecillos, dejar un poco de espacio entre las
masas de pan. No colocar demasiados en una misma
bandeja.
Tener en cuenta las indicaciones del fabricante.
Los datos indicados en la tabla son valores orientativos válidos
para bandejas de aluminio. Los valores pueden variar en
función del tipo y la cantidad de la masa y del molde para
hornear.
En la primera prueba se recomienda seleccionar la
temperatura más baja de las indicadas. En general, con la
temperatura más baja se consigue un dorado más
homogéneo.
Los datos de la tabla hacen referencia a la preparación de los
alimentos con el horno frío.
