Chaleur de voûte/de sole Les serpentins chauffant montés sur la sole et sous
(Système de chauffage la voûte du four transmettent la chaleur par
conventionnel) rayonnement aux gâteaux et rôtis.
La cuisson et le rôtissage ne sont possibles qu'à un
niveau d'enfournement à la fois.
Avantages:
Cuisson de gâteaux à garniture humide, des
pizzas et des quiches.
Gril à incandescence Le serpentin situé contre la voûte du four produit la
chaleur. Elle est transmise par rayonnement aux
aliments à cuire.
Cette fonction convient particulièrement bien aux
morceaux de viande minces et plats tels que les
steaks, les petites saucisses, le poisson, les
légumes et les toasts.
Chaleur de sole Si la fonction “chaleur de sole uniquement” a été
choisie, seul s'allume le serpentin situé sur la sole
du four.
Avantages:
–Convient particulièrement aux aliments et
pâtisseries dont la face inférieure doit dorer ou
former une croûte.
Utilisez cette fonction uniquement peu de temps
avant la fin de la cuisson ou du rôtissage.
Chaleur de voûte Dans ce cas, seule la résistance chauffante de la
voûte du four se met à chauffer.
