Hi I bought this air condition Concept Kv1000 but there is not instruction or manual in english language,so by using google translator - did not translate normaly. Air condition do not cool for temp what I SET ON MANUAL .i SET FOR 21 C BUT TEMP STILL 30 C. CAN NOT UNDERSTAND WHERE IS PROBLEM?
