Once you have synchronised your remote control with your account and switched on your device, the first screen you see shows the tasks scheduled for
that day.
It is highly likely that you will see “day o” displayed on the screen, but if you had already scheduled Objectives, you would have seen some scheduled
tasks displayed. From this screen you can begin your session (see Select an objective or a programme)
