3. JUSTERA STIMULERINGSINTENSITETEN
Detta innebär att det antal brer som arbetar beror på stimuleringsenergin.
För program som inducerar kraftfulla muskelsammandragningar (tetaniska sammandragningar) måste du
använda maximal stimuleringsintensitet (upp till 999) som du kan tolerera i syfte att använda maximalt antal
brer. Muskelns framsteg blir större ju större antal brer som bearbetas. Det är därför viktigt att försöka öka
intensiteten var tredje till femte sekund under en session.
För andra typer av program, t.ex. återhämtning, massage, kapillärisering eller muskelsmärta som endast ger
muskelryckningar, bör du gradvis öka stimuleringsintensiteten tills tydligt synliga
muskelryckningar uppnås.
För programmen TENS, Epikondylit och Tendinit bör du gradvis öka intensiteten till du känner stickningar
under elektroderna.
4. STIMULERINGSCYKLERNAS FÖRLOPP
Vi rekommenderar att du börjar med cykel nr 1 och går vidare till nästa nivå när cykeln är klar, vanligen efter
4 till 6 veckors stimulering, baserat på tre sessioner i veckan. Det är också viktigt att uppnå signikanta
stimuleringsintensiteter under sessionerna innan man går vidare till en annan cykel.
I slutet av cykeln kan du antingen påbörja en ny cykel eller utföra underhållsträning, baserat på en
session i veckan.
