Das Funkgerät funktioniert auf allen derzeit zugeteilten Seefunkkanälen und ist umschaltbar zur
Verwendung gemäß internationaler, kanadischer oder US-amerikanischer Bestimmungen. Es ist
ausgestattet mit einem sofortigen Zugang zum Notfallkanal 16 per Tastendruck.
Standortlizenz
In Großbritannien brauchen Sie eine Schiffsfunkgeräte-Lizenz und ein Seefunkerschein bevor
Sie Ihr Übertragungsgerät an Bord eines Schiffes verwenden dürfen. Andere europäische Länder
haben eigene Regelungen dafür.
Für weitere Informationen und Anfragen, wenden Sie sich bitte an die Lizenzverwaltung für Funk-
geräte bei der Royal Mail in Großbritannien. In anderen Ländern wenden Sie sich bitte
an die entsprechende Postbehörde oder das entsprechende Telekommunikationsunternehmen.
Standortlizenz für Kanada oder USA
Falls Ihr Schiff in kanadische oder US-amerikanische Wässer eindringen sollte, kontaktieren
Sie bitte an Industry Canada, Aufsichtsabteilung für Funkgeräte oder das US FCC (Bundesauf-
sichtsamt für Kommunikation) bezüglich Lizenzierungs- und Betriebsinformationen.
Funksendezeichen
Ein Funksendezeichen ist als Teil der Schiffsfunkgeräte-Lizenz in Großbritannien inbegriffen.
Andere Länder können andere Methoden verwenden; wenden Sie sich für Informationen an Ihre
Aufsichtsbehörde vor Ort.
