Sistema de climatización
Según la recomendación de los especialistas, la temperatura ideal de conservación de los vinos es de
aproximadamente 12 ºC, en una horquilla de 10 a 14 ºC. No confundir con la temperatura de servicio, que varía
según la especificidad de cada tipo de vino de 4 a 18 ºC.
Es especialmente importante evitar las variaciones bruscas de temperatura. Diseñado por especialistas y para
enófilos, este aparato, a diferencia de un simple frigorífico, tiene en cuenta la sensibilidad de los grandes caldos
a las variaciones bruscas de temperatura, garantizando un control para obtener una temperatura media
constante.
Sistema antivibraciones:
El compresor frigorífico está equipado con amortiguadores especiales (silent-blocks) y la cuba interior está
aislada del armazón por una gruesa capa de espuma de poliuretano. Estas características permiten evitar la
transmisión de vibraciones a los vinos.
Bandejas
• Para evitar el deterioro de la junta de la puerta, asegúrese de que la puerta esté bien abierta antes de retirar
las bandejas para colocar o retirar las botellas.
•
Para acceder de forma más sencilla al contenido de las bandejas debe deslizar la bandeja hacia el exterior
aproximadamente 1/3. Las bandejas están diseñadas con un tope a cada lado para evitar que las botellas se
caigan.
•
Para retirar una bandeja: tire de ella hasta que las muescas de la bandeja (derecha e izquierda) estén
posicionadas bajo los topes laterales (pieza de plástico cuadrada y negra). Levántela y tire de ella hacia el
exterior de la vinoteca.
