En realidad, se podrían colocar, en un caso extremo, más botellas en apilado monotipo y sin bandejas,

pero una «vinoteca variada» se compone de una gran variedad de botellas y el aspecto «práctico» de la

gestión diaria de una vinoteca limita su carga. Por tanto, probablemente coloque usted una carga algo

menor que la cantidad máxima indicada.

Tipos de botellas:

Aquí tenemos 4 tipos de botellas de 75 cl, borgoñonas y bordelesas, de dimensiones diferentes. Existen

otros muchos otros tipos, de tamaño y forma diferentes.

Por ejemplo, si cargamos una vinoteca exclusivamente con botellas de tipo Borgoña, observaremos que

nos quedamos aproximadamente un 30% por debajo de la cantidad inicial calculada a partir de las

botellas de tipo Burdeos.

Grandes vinos de Burdeos – Tintos 16 – 17°C

Grandes vinos de Borgoña – Tintos 15 – 16°C

Rosados de Provenza, vinos jóvenes 10 – 12°C

Blancos secos y vinos tintos de la tierra 10 – 12°C
