Regulado del termostato
¡Atención! Todas las temperaturas indicadas en este manual son temperaturas
registradas en el vino, en la botella.
Consejo: introduzca un termómetro sumergible en una botella de cristal transparente
llena de agua y coloque la botella en el centro de la vinoteca. Espere al menos 24 horas
para comprobar la temperatura. A continuación, ajuste el termostato en función del
valor obtenido y el que desee obtener.
El termostato de la vinoteca únicamente actúa para producir aire frío. Si la vinoteca está
equipada con el sistema de invierno y va a ubicarse en un lugar sin calefacción, no tendrá que
preocuparse por este aspecto ya que el circuito caliente viene regulado de fábrica.
La posición 3 del termostato (para una ubicación con una temperatura de 25°C) corresponde
generalmente a una temperatura media de aproximadamente +12°C +/- 2°C en el líquido de
una botella situada en la parte central de la vinoteca.
Modelos con indicadores luminosos en línea sobre el panel:
El indicador luminoso “frio” se enciende cuando el compresor está funcionando.
El indicador luminoso “caliente” se enciende cuando el circuito de calentamiento está
funcionando.
En cuanto a la temperatura, la pantalla electrónica roja (según el modelo) es un indicador de
la temperatura del aire ambiente en el tanque y no un termómetro para conocer la
temperatura del vino en la botella. Por lo tanto, se concede una tolerancia de +/- 2 ° C.
