• Para retirar una bandeja, tire de ella hasta que las muescas de la bandeja (derecha e izquierda) estén
posicionadas bajo los topes laterales (pieza de plástico cuadrada y negra). Levántela y tire de ella hacia el
exterior de la vinoteca.

Puesto que esta gama de aparatos está diseñada para el almacenamiento de productos de valor, nos hemos
preocupado por seleccionar componentes de calidad y diseñar unas técnicas de fabricación adecuadas para
garantizar la seguridad de funcionamiento.
6° CARGA
Las cantidades máximas de carga de botellas se indican a título orientativo, no son contractuales y permiten (al
igual que la capacidad de los frigoríficos) tener una estimación rápida del tamaño del aparato.
Estas cantidades corresponden a unas pruebas realizadas con una botella estándar: la botella tipo «bordelesa
ligera de 75 cl» (la normalización reconoce para cada forma de botella un origen geográfico: bordelesa,
borgoñona, provenzal, etc., y un tipo: tradición, pesada, ligera, flauta, etc., cada uno con diámetros y alturas
diferentes).
En realidad, se podrían colocar, en un caso extremo, más botellas en apilado monotipo y sin bandejas, pero una
«vinoteca variada» se compone de una gran variedad de botellas y el aspecto «práctico» de la gestión diaria de
una vinoteca limita su carga. Por tanto, probablemente coloque usted una carga algo menor que la cantidad
máxima indicada.

Aquí tenemos 4 tipos de botellas de 75 cl, borgoñonas y bordelesas, de dimensiones diferentes.
Existen otros muchos otros tipos, de tamaño y forma diferentes.
Puede observar las diferencias de colocación según la altura de las botellas, el diámetro y la manera de
cruzarlas.
Por ejemplo, si cargamos una vinoteca exclusivamente con botellas de tipo Borgoña, observaremos que nos
quedamos aproximadamente un 30% por debajo de la cantidad inicial calculada a partir de las botellas de tipo
Burdeos.
