escarcha (el aire frío reseca el aire) y la tasa de
humedad se reduce al 40%. En períodos de
calentamiento, la escarcha se funde y la tasa puede
alcanzar el 70%.
Realizando la media de los dos valores, obtenemos un
55% de tasa de humedad. Se debe tener en cuenta el
valor medio en base a varios ciclos y no sólo un registro
puntual.
Para aumentar la tasa de humedad en la vinoteca,
existen tres posibilidades:
- Coloque un recipiente con agua en la parte
superior de la vinoteca.
- Humedezca las piedras de lava.
- Aumente ligeramente la temperatura del interior
de la vinoteca
La temperatura de la vinoteca oscila
1. La temperatura que realmente se debe tener en
cuenta es la temperatura del interior de la botella.
Las variaciones instantáneas que puede constatar
corresponden a los ciclos de funcionamiento del
compresor.
La temperatura media adecuada que garantiza a los
vinos las mejores condiciones de desarrollo se obtiene
gracias a este principio de variaciones ligeras y
repetidas en el aire de la vinoteca.
2. Si la temperatura constatada en la vinoteca es
diferente a la constatada habitualmente, y no varía
en un período prolongado (durante varias horas y sin
encontrarse en un lugar sin calefacción cuya
temperatura esté entre 10 y 12 °C), póngase en
contacto con el servicio posventa de su distribuidor.
El compresor de la vinoteca funciona sin
parar
Si no se constata ninguna producción de frío, póngase
en contacto con el servicio posventa.
Vibraciones
Controle y compruebe que la vinoteca está
correctamente nivelada y que la pata se apoya en el
suelo.
La vinoteca hace mucho ruido
1. El compresor es ruidoso: compruebe que está bien
fijado sobre las gomas (“silent-blocks”) y que no está
en contacto con otros elementos.
2. Se oyen pequeños chasquidos: proceden de la
circulación del gas en los tubos y corresponden a un
funcionamiento normal de la vinoteca.
