Las bandejas se deben modular según el tamaño del armario y la forma de las botellas. En realidad, se
podrían guardar, en un caso extremo, más botellas en apilado mono tipo y sin bandejas, pero una “vinoteca
variada” se compone de una gran variedad de botellas y el aspecto “práctico” de la gestión diaria de la
vinoteca limita su carga. Por tanto, probablemente usted ponga algo menos que la cantidad máxima
indicada.
Tipos de botellas:
Aquí tenemos 4 tipos de botellas de 75 cl, borgoñonas y bordelesas, de dimensiones diferentes. Existen
otros tipos de varios tamaños y formas. Puede observar las diferencias de colocación según la altura de las
botellas, el diámetro y la manera de cruzarlas.
A título de ejemplo, si cargamos una vinoteca exclusivamente con botellas de tipo Borgoña, observaremos
que el número de botellas será un 30% inferior al calculado con botellas de tipo Burdeos.
7. MANTENIMIENTO
Antes de limpiar el aparato (operación que se debe realizar regularmente), desconéctelo retirando el cable
de alimentación de la toma de corriente o desconectando el fusible del que dependa.
Antes de la primera utilización y de forma regular, aconsejamos que limpie el interior y el exterior del aparato
(cara delantera, laterales y parte superior) con una mezcla de agua tibia y un detergente suave. Aclare con
agua limpia y deje que se seque completamente antes de volver a conectarlo. No utilice disolventes ni
agentes abrasivos.
Lave el plástico que protege las bandejas de acero con una solución de detergente suave y séquelas a
continuación con un paño seco y suave. Las bandejas de madera no requieren un mantenimiento especial.
