12. PROBLEMAS Y SOLUCIONES
Usted mismo puede resolver muchos problemas sencillos de la vinoteca sin recurrir al servicio posventa.
Consulte las siguientes sugerencias:
PROBLEMA
CAUSA POSIBLE
La vinoteca no se pone en marcha
La toma de corriente no está conectada.
Si la vinoteca está en un lugar sin calefacción, consulte
el párrafo relativo al kit de invierno.
Ha saltado el fusible de la instalación eléctrica.
La vinoteca no enfría lo suficiente
La posición del termostato está en un grado de frío
insuficiente: vuelva a ajustar su posición
La temperatura externa está fuera del margen de
temperatura de uso de la vinoteca.
La vinoteca se abre con demasiada frecuencia.
La puerta no se ha cerrado correctamente.
La junta de la puerta no es estanca.
La vinoteca enfría demasiado
El termostato está puesto en un grado de frío
demasiado alto: vuelva a ajustar su posición
La tasa de humedad es demasiado alta
Las etiquetas se despegan
La humedad se regula por el principio de la
termodinámica. En períodos de refrigeración, se forma
escarcha (el aire frío reseca el aire) y la tasa de
humedad se reduce al 40%. En períodos de
calentamiento, la escarcha se funde y la tasa puede
alcanzar el 70%.
Realizando la media de los dos valores, obtenemos un
55% de tasa de humedad. Se debe tener en cuenta el
valor medio en base a varios ciclos y no sólo un registro
puntual.
Para disminuir la humedad en la vinoteca, existen tres
posibilidades :
- Sustituya los filtros de carbón.
- Seque las piedras de lava.
- Baje ligeramente la temperatura del interior de
la vinoteca
