de fabrikant of door een dienst die erkend wordt door het merk of de handelaar. In elk geval moet het
snoer vervangen worden door bevoegd personeel, om elk gevaar voor verwondingen te voorkomen.

12. PROBLEMEN EN OPLOSSINGEN
U kunt veel eenvoudige problemen met uw wijnkast zelf oplossen zodat u geen contact met de
klantenservice hoeft op te nemen. Probeer de onderstaande suggesties!
PROBLEMEN
MOGELIJKE OORZAKEN
De wijnkast start niet
De stekker is niet aangesloten.
Raadpleeg de paragraaf over de winterkit, als uw
wijnkast in een onverwarmde ruimte staat.
De zekering van uw elektrische installatie is
doorgebrand.
De wijnkast koelt niet voldoende
De thermostaat staat op een weinig koude stand: pas
deze stand aan
De buitentemperatuur is hoger dan de
toepassingstemperatuur van de wijnkast.
De deur wordt te vaak geopend.
De deur is niet volledig gesloten.
De pakking van de deur is niet dicht.
De kast koelt te veel af
De thermostaat staat op een te koude stand: pas deze
stand aan
Het vochtgehalte is te hoog
De etiketten laten los
De vochtigheid wordt geregeld door het principe van
thermodynamica. Tijdens een koude periode vormt zich
rijp (de koude lucht droogt de lucht), het vochtgehalte
daalt tot 40%. Tijdens een warme periode smelt de rijp
en kan het vochtgehalte stijgen tot 70%.
Door het gemiddelde te nemen van deze twee waarden,
verkrijgen wij een vochtgehalte van 55%. Men moet
altijd de gemiddelde waarde nemen over meerdere cycli
en niet van één meting.
Om de vochtigheid in de kast te verminderen, zijn er drie
mogelijkheden:
