1. Zum Ausrichten der Kabine werden
im Dachbereich Verankerungen zur
Wand angebracht.
Gewindestange D mit Muttern E und
Unterlegscheiben F an Ringschraube
lose anbringen.
2. Zum markieren der Bohrlöcher
Gewindestange F parallel zum Dach
ausrichten und an die Wand halten.
Bohrlöcher anzeichnen.
Löcher bohren und Dübel setzen.
G = Ø 8 mm
Stockschraube H (M8) eindrehen.
Mit Mutter I (M8, SW 13) die
G e w i n d e s t a n g e F u n d d i e
Stockschraube H verbinden.
Kabine ausrichten.
Position durch Kontern der Muttern
E (M8, SW 13) sichern.
3. + 4. Sichtdichtungen anbringen
Dichtung mit 2 Rippen
Die Dichtu n g w i rd verti k a l
zwischen:
Seitenwand 1 und Sitzelement 1,
Seitenwand 2 und Sitzelement 2
angebracht.
Dichtung mit 3 Rippen
Die Dichtu n g w i rd verti k a l
zwischen:
Türelement und Sitzelement 1,
Türelement und Sitzelement 2,
Seitenwand 1 und Seitenwand 2
angebracht.
Die Dichtung leicht anfeuchten und
jeweils in den Spalt zwischen Dach
und Seitenelementen mit einem
stumpfen Gegenstand eindrücken.
Beginnend beim kleinsten Spalt
zwischen den Acylelementen.
Die Dichtung am Ende bündig mit
den Elementen ablängen.
SICHTDICHTUNGEN MONTAGE
1. To align the cabin some bracings
must be installed.
Install loosley mounting stud D with
nuts E and washers F to the ring
bolts.
2. Align the mounting stud F parallel to
the roof. Draw drill hole marks to the
wall.
Drill holes, insert dowels.
G = Ø 10 mm
Screw in mounting stud (M8)
Connect the thread rod F and the
mounting stud H with nut I (M8, SW
13).
Adjust the cabin.
Save the position by looking the nut
E (M8, SW 13).
3. + 4. Install the visible seals
Seal with 2 rips
Install the seal vertical between:
side panel 1 and seat element 1,
side panel 2 and seat element 2.
Seal with 3 rips
Install the seal vertical between:
door element and seat element 1,
door element and seat element 2
side panel 1 and side panel 2.
Moisten the seal and put it to
the gap between roof and side
elements. Pushing the seal with a
blunt object into the gap. Starting at
the smallest opening between the
Acylic elements.
Cut the seal flush to the elements.
VISIBLE SEALS INSTALLATION
INSERIRE LE GUARNIZIONI A
VISTA
1. Per regolare ulteriormente la cabina
vengono fissati degli ancoraggi alla
parete nella zona del tetto. Montare
la barra filettata D con i dadi E e le
rondelle F alla vite ad anello senza
fissarla ancora del tutto.
2. Per contrassegnare i fori allineare
la barra filettata F parallelamente
al tetto e reggere contro la parete.
Segnare i fori.
Eseguire le forature ed applicare i
tasselli.
G = Ø 8 mm
Avvitare la vite prigioniera H (M8).
Collegare la barra filettata F con
il dado I (M8, SW 13) e con la vite
prigioniera H .
Regolare il livellamento della cabina.
Bloccare la posizione fissando i
controdadi E (M8, SW 13).
3. + 4. Inserire le guarnizioni a vista.
Guarnizione con 2 alette.
La gua rnizion e v a ap plicata
verticalmente tra la parete laterale1
e l’elemento sedile, e tra la parete.
Guarnizione con 3 alette.
La gua rnizion e v a ap plicata
verticalmente tra l’elemento porta e
l’elemento angolare, tra l’elemento
angolare e l’elemento sedile e tra
l’elemento porta e l’elemento laterale
2.
laterale 1 e la parete laterale 2.
I n u m i d i r e l e g g e r m e n t e l a
guarnizione e spingere verso l’alto
nella rispettiva fessura tra il tetto
e l’elemento laterale. Iniziando
dall’alto premere la guarnizione con
un oggetto smussato nella fessura.
Tagliare la guarnizione sotto a filo
con gli elementi laterali.
