Montage van de Stoomleiding
De juiste installatie van de stoomleiding is voor een goede
werking van groot belang.
Afschot 1:
Begin met een stijgleiding minimaal 50 cm.
Zorg ervoor dat deze leiding altijd op afschot naar de stoomunit
ligt. Met de stoom meegevoerd water (condens) zal „uitzakken“
en terug in de stoomunit lopen.
Overmatige condens c.q. heet water ui t de stoominlaat wordt
hiermee voorkomen.
Afschot 2:
Vervolgens een dalende leiding tot aan de cabine.
Het resterende deel van de stoomleiding op afschot naar de
cabine, waarmee hinderlijke geluiden als gevolg van condens-
verzameling in de leiding tot een minimum wordt beperkt.
Let op !
De stoomleiding mag maximaal 3,5 m zijn.
Isolatie:
Beperking condensatie.
Om condensatie van de stoom in de leiding tot een minimum
te beperken, adviseren wij de gehele stoomleiding goed te
isoleren.
Geurstoffendosering:
Voorkom geurstof in de stoomunit.
Zorg ervoor dat de geurstof (euca) nooit terug kan vloeien in
de stoomunit. Vreemde stoffen in het water veroorzaken bij
verhitting schuimvorming, gepaard gaande met veel lawaai en
verstoring van de elektronische regeling.
Watertoevoer:
Voorkom soldeerresten in de stoomunit.
Zorg ervoor dat de watertoevoerleidingen goed schoon zijn.
Resten van soldeervet in het water veroorzaakt schuimvor-
ming, gepaard gaande met veel lawaai en verstoring van de
elektronische regeling.
