De juiste wijze van aansluiten
■ Sluit het apparaat uitsluitend aan op een stopcontact dat vol-
gens de voorschriften is geïnstalleerd. Het stopcontact moet
ook na het aansluiten goed toegankelijk zijn. De netspanning
moet overeenstemmen met de technische gegevens van het
apparaat (zie hoofdstuk ‘Technische gegevens’). Gebruik alleen
goedgekeurde verlengsnoeren waarvan de technische gege-
vens overeenstemmen met die van het apparaat.
■ Let erop dat niemand kan struikelen over het aangesloten snoer.
■ Leg het snoer zo, dat het niet bekneld kan raken of knikken, en
niet met hete oppervlakken in aanraking komt.
Juist gebruik
■ Gebruik het apparaat uitsluitend binnenshuis. Gebruik het niet in
de openlucht of in ruimten met een hoge luchtvochtigheid.
■ Controleer het apparaat op beschadigingen, elke keer voordat u
het in gebruik neemt. Wanneer apparaatonderdelen, het snoer
en/of de stekker zichtbare schade vertonen, mag het apparaat
niet worden gebruikt. Probeer het apparaat niet zelf te repareren
of onderdelen te vervangen. Neem in geval van schade contact
op met de klantenservice.
■ Gebruik het apparaat niet als het niet goed functioneert, als u er
vloeistoffen of voorwerpen mee hebt opgezogen of als het is ge-
vallen. Laat het apparaat door een vakman controleren of neem
contact op met de klantenservice.
■ Gebruik het apparaat uitsluitend wanneer het volledig en op de
juiste wijze is gemonteerd, om materiële schade en schade aan
het apparaat te voorkomen! Het stofreservoir en de fi lters moe-
ten zijn geplaatst.
■ Dompel het apparaat, het snoer of de stekker niet onder in water
of andere vloeistoffen om elektrische schokken te vermijden.
■ Raak het apparaat, het snoer of de stekker nooit aan met voch-
tige handen.
■ Stel het apparaat niet bloot aan extreme temperaturen, sterke
temperatuurschommelingen, open vuur, direct zonlicht of vocht.
