CAUTION: Do not under any circumstances clean the fi lters in a washing machine
or dishwasher! Then shake off any excess water and let the fi lters dry completely in
the air before you insert them again.
8. Then place the dust bin back into the device. Make sure that the dust bin locks in
place correctly.
Cleaning the nozzles
1. Remove the nozzles, as described in the „Connecting the nozzles“ chapter.
2. Tap out the nozzles. If necessary, you can rinse the nozzles with clear, lukewarm
water.
CAUTION: Do not under any circumstances clean the nozzles in a dishwasher!
Then shake off any excess water and let them protective frame dry completely in the
air before you insert them again.
Troubleshooting
Should your device stop working properly at any time, exhibit signs of damage or require
a spare part, please contact the customer service department. For your own safety, do
not attempt to carry out repairs yourself. The following table contains tips on how you
can remedy small problems yourself.

generates no
suction.
• Is the plug not inserted in the mains socket correctly?
• Is the plug socket defective? Try another mains socket.
• Check the fuse of your mains connection.
• Are the fi lters clogged? Clean the fi lters (see the "Cleaning
and Storing" chapter).
The performance is
weak.
• Is the dust bin too full? Empty the container.
• Are the fi lters heavily clogged up? Clean the fi lters (see the
"Cleaning and Storing" chapter).
• Is the nozzle being used clogged? Remove any objects
blocking the nozzle (see the "Cleaning the Device" chapter).
Dust escapes from
the device.
• Is the dust bin not closed correctly and / or not (correctly)
inserted into the device? Correct this.
During vacuum
cleaning, an
unpleasant smell is
detected.
• A smell often develops when new devices are fi rst used.
The smell should disappear after you have used the device
several times.
