Oplossing van fouten
Functioneert het apparaat niet naar behoren, dan dient u eerst na te gaan of u het probleem zelf
kunt oplossen. Contacteer in het andere geval de klantenservice.
Probeer niet een defect apparaat eigenhandig te repareren.
Probleem Mogelijke oorzaak/oplossing
De greep en de
grijpstang passen niet
ineen/de greep klikt
niet vast.
• Het kan gebeuren dat de kabelwikkeling aan de greep in de fa-
briek verdraaid werd. Dit heeft tot gevolg dat de greep niet in de
grijpstang vast klikt. Draai de kabelwikkeling lichtjes aan de greep
tot de grijpstang direct in de opening past. Als de vergrendelclip
vast klikt, zit de greep vast aan de grijpstang.
Het apparaat functi-
oneert niet. De con-
trolelampjes branden
niet.
• Steekt de stekker goed in het stopcontact?
• Is het stopcontact defect? Probeer een ander stopcontact.
• Kijk de zekering van uw elektrische aansluiting na.
Er wordt geen stoom
vrijgegeven.
• Hebt u de stoom aan/uit schakelaar (4) aan de voorkant van de
hoofdeenheid ingedrukt? Opgelet: De stoomfunctie aan/uit scha-
kelaar aan de achterzijde (13) is gedeactiveerd als de grijpstang is
geplaatst.
• Gebruik als handstoomreiniger: Hebt u de stoom aan/uit schake-
laar (4) aan de voorkant van de hoofdeenheid ingedrukt? Opgelet:
De stoomfunctie aan/uit schakelaar aan de achterzijde (13) is ge-
deactiveerd als het de stoom aan/uit schakelaar (4) net ingedrukt.
• Is een te geringe hoeveelheid stoom ingesteld? Draai aan de knop
voor de instelling van de stoomhoeveelheid volgens de wijzers van
de klok om de hoeveelheid stoom te verhogen.
• Het apparaat is nog niet bedrijfsklaar. Het apparaat moet enkele
seconden opwarmen tot er stoom kan vrijkomen.
• De watertank is leeg. Vul de watertank (zie hoofdstuk “Watertank
vullen”).
• Is de watertank correct in de hoofdeenheid geplaatst? Kijk na of
hij goed zit.
• Het mondstuk is verstopt. Reinig het mondstuk.
