2. Bitte fügen Sie eine kurze Beschreibung des Schadens, der Störung oder des Fehlers
und der Umstände bei, unter denen diese Probleme aufgetreten sind.
Der Clean Air Optima® Design-Heizlüfter CA-904W wird vor Verlassen des Werks strengen
Prüfverfahren unterzogen. Wenn das Produkt innerhalb von 2 Jahren ab Kaufdatum nicht den
Spezifikationen entspricht, hat der Käufer aufgrund von Fertigungsmängeln das Recht auf
kostenlose Reparatur oder Ersatz von Teilen gegen Vorlage dieser Garantie (vorausgesetzt,
dass die Fehlfunktion oder Beschädigung des Geräts und/oder der Teile unter normalen
Betriebsbedingungen aufgetreten ist). Die Garantie gilt: Für alle in Material und Verarbeitung
fehlerhaften Teile. Wie lange: zwei Jahre ab Kaufdatum. Das werden wir tun: Fehlerhafte Teile
reparieren oder ersetzen.
Sonstige Bedingungen
Die Bestimmungen dieser Garantie ersetzen alle anderen schriftlichen Garantien, ob ausdrücklich
oder stillschweigend, schriftlich oder mündlich, einschließlich der Garantie der Marktgängigkeit
oder Eignung für einen bestimmten Zweck. Die maximale Haftung des Herstellers überschreitet
nicht den tatsächlichen Kaufpreis, den Sie für das Produkt gezahlt haben. In keinem Fall haftet
der Hersteller für besondere, zufällige, Folge- oder indirekte Schäden. Diese Garantie erstreckt
sich nicht auf einen Mangel, der nach unserem alleinigen Ermessen auf unsachgemäße oder
unangemessene Verwendung oder Wartung, fehlerhafte Montage, Unfall oder Naturkatastrophen,
unsachgemäße Verpackung oder unbefugte Manipulationen, Änderungen oder Modifikationen
zurückzuführen ist. Diese Garantie erlischt, wenn der Aufkleber mit der Seriennummer entfernt
oder entstellt wurde.
