3. Regular a potência de microondas necessária.
4. Regular a duração da cozedura, utilizando o temporizador. Tal duração depen-
de da quantidade e da natureza do conteúdo. Com um pouco de experiência,
aprender-se-á rapidamente a avaliar o tempo necessário.
Não esquecer que o microondas aquece muito mais depressa do que um
fogão normal. Em caso de dúvida, é preferível regular para uma duração mais
curta e, se necessário, tornar a aquecer.
Logo que se regular a duração da cozedura, o aparelho começará a funcionar.
O forno iluminar-se-á.
Se se pretender efectuar uma regulação inferior a 3 minutos, girar o botão para
além da marcação dos 10 minutos e voltar em seguida para trás. Desta forma,
o relógio funcionará com maior exactidão.
5. Depois de ter decorrido o tempo regulado, o aparelho desligar-se-á. Retirar
então a comida.
Atenção: Quando estiver a funcionar apenas o microondas, tape os alimentos.
