Basic Call Handling
This section covers basic call-handling tasks such as placing, answering, transferring, and conferencing
calls. The features you use to perform these tasks are standard and available on most phone systems.

To end a call, hang up the handset.

Place a call Lift the handset and dial the number.
Redial the most
recently dialed number
Lift the handset and press (Redial).
Speed dial a number Press and hold (for about 2 seconds) the number on your keypad that you
assigned as a speed dial number.

If you want to... Then...
Answer a call Pick up the handset.
Answer a priority call When you hear the special call waiting tone, answer the higher-priority
call.
