Mein Kabelmodem erkennt keine Ethernet-Verbindung
Kontrollieren Sie, ob Ihr Gerät eine Ethernet-Karte hat und ob die Ethernet-
Treibersoftware ordnungsgemäß installiert ist. Befolgen Sie die
Installationsanleitung genau, wenn Sie eine Ethernet-Karte kaufen und
installieren.
Kontrollieren Sie den Status der Statusindikatoren auf der Vorderseite.
Nach Anschluss an einen Hub erkennt das Modem keine Ethernet-Verbindung
Wenn Sie mehrere PCs an das Kabelmodem anschließen, sollten Sie zuerst das
Modem mit dem Uplink-Port des Hubs verbinden und dazu das richtige Kreuzkabel
verwenden. Die LED-Anzeige LINK auf dem Hub leuchtet ständig.
Mein Kabelmodem erkennt keine Kabelverbindung
Das Kabelmodem funktioniert mit einem normalen 75-Ohm-HF-Koaxialkabel.
Wenn Sie ein anderes Kabel benutzen, funktioniert das Kabelmodem nicht
richtig. Fragen Sie Ihren Kabeldienstanbieter, ob Sie das richtige Kabel benutzen.
Ihre NIC-Karte oder USB-Schnittstelle funktionieren eventuell nicht richtig. Siehe
