Basisfuncties voor de afhandeling van gesprekken

Tips
• U kunt uw gesprekken doorschakelen naar een traditionele analoge telefoon of naar een andere
IP-telefoon. De functie voor het doorschakelen van gesprekken kan echter door de systeembeheerder
worden beperkt tot telefoonnummers binnen het bedrijf.
• U moet deze functie per lijn configureren. Als een gesprek binnenkomt op een lijn waarvoor het
doorschakelen van gesprekken niet is ingeschakeld, gaat de telefoon gewoon over.
Conferentiegesprekken voeren
Met de Cisco IP-telefoon kunt u drie of meer mensen laten deelnemen aan hetzelfde telefoongesprek en zo
een conferentiegesprek tot stand brengen.
Typen conferentiegesprekken die worden ondersteund
Er zijn twee typen conferentiegesprekken: een standaardconferentiegesprek en een
Meet-Me-inbelvergadering.
Standaardconferentiegesprekken
In een standaardconferentiegesprek (of "ad hoc-conferentiegesprek") moet de organisator alle deelnemers
bellen om ze toe te voegen aan de conferentie. U kunt met de Cisco IP-telefoon op verschillende manieren
standaardconferentiegesprekken tot stand brengen, afhankelijk van uw behoeften en de configuratie van de
telefoon:
• Confrn: met deze functietoets kunt u een standaardconferentiegesprek tot stand brengen door elke
deelnemer te bellen. Standaardconferentiegesprekken zijn standaard beschikbaar op de meeste telefoons.
• Samenv: met deze functietoets kunt u een standaardconferentiegesprek tot stand brengen tussen
verschillende gesprekken die al on line zijn.
• cInbrkn: met deze functietoets kunt u zelf inbreken in een bestaand gesprek op een gedeelde lijn en van
het gesprek een standaardconferentiegesprek maken. Dit is een optionele functie die alleen beschikbaar
is voor gedeelde lijnen. Deze functie moet door de systeembeheerder worden geconfigureerd. Zie "Een
gedeelde lijn gebruiken" op pagina 33 voor meer informatie.
