Assembly Instructions
Remove all the separate parts from the packaging, lay them on the
floor and check roughly that all are there on the base of the assembly
steps. Please note that a number of parts have been connected directly
to the main frame and preassembled. In addition, there are several
other individual parts that have been attached to separate units. This
will make it easier and quicker for you to assemble the equipment.
Step 1:
Attach the stabilizer (2+3) at main frame (1).
1. Attach the front foot (2) with the preassembled transport rollers (23) to
the main frame (1). Do this with the two screws M8x55 (13), washers 8//25
(14) and cap nuts (15).
2. Attach the rear foot (3) with height adjustable foot caps (25) to the main
frame (1). Do this with the two screws M8x55 (13), washers 8//25 (14) and
cap nuts (15).
After assembly has been completed, you can compensate for minor
irregularities in the floor by turning the wheel at rear end cap (25).
The equipment should be set up that the equipment does not move of its
own accord during a training session.
Step 2:
Attach the saddle (8) and saddle support tube (6).
1. Push the saddle (8) with saddle bracket into the saddle slide (7) and
tight it up in desired position.
2. Place the saddle slide (7) into the holder of saddle post (6), set it at the
desired position and screw it onto the saddle support (6) by using quick
release knob (11).
3. Push the saddle support tube (6) into the matching locator in the main
frame (1), set it at the desired position and lock it by inserting the bolt with
the L-quick release (22) in place and doing it up tight.
(Note: To screw in the L-quick release (22), the threaded hole in the main
frame (1) and one of the holes in the saddle support (6) must be aligned.
Furthermore, ensure that the saddle support (6) is not pulled out of the main
frame beyond the marked maximum adjustment position. The setting of
the saddle support can be adjusted as desired later.) For this, the L-quick
release (22) must be loosened by only a few revolutions (do not unscrew
completely), the top cap of the lock must be pulled away and the saddle
adjusted. To set the new position, release the top cap and move the saddle
support upwards and downwards until the rapid-action lock engages. Then
secure the new setting by tightening the L-quick release.)
Step 3:
Attach the handlebar (5) and handlebar support (4).
1. Place the handlebar (5) against the handlebar support (4) and adjust so
that the hole patterns in the handlebar and the handlebar support are alig-
ned. Also the computer holder (28) place to the upper holes of connection
point.
Put one spring washer (16) on each screw (12). Push the screws (12)
through the holes in the support, screw into the threaded holes of the sup-
port (4) and tighten firmly.
2. Place the lower handlebar cover (10B) at handlebar support (4).
Push the handlebar support (4) into the matching locator in the main frame
(1), set it at the desired position and lock it by inserting the bolt with the
L-quick release (22) in place and doing it up tight.
3. Place the upper handlebar cover (10A) on top of handlebar support (4)
and screw together with lower handlebar cover (10A) by using screws (18).
