Key Functions
(On/Off) -key = Switches the selected program On/Off. With-
out program/time selection the manually program starts with 15
Min. exercise time.
„+“ -key = Increases the speed to max. level 60 during manu-
ally program (88). Time pre-enter to max. 15min. only for manually
program.
„-“ -key = Decreases the speed to min. level 1 during manually
program (88). Time pre-enter to min. 1min. only for manually pro-
gram.
time -key = With this button you can enter the time with +/- keys
into max. 15 minutes for manually program. The exercise pro-
grams P1-P9 are preset with 10 minutes.
mode (Program) -key = Selection of exercise programs P1-P9
and manually program 88.
Acoustic signal:
Each press will beep.
A five-time beep sounds after completing the program
Display:
Time/Program -display
1. Shows the training time in minutes. Is a time set (max. 15min.)
the display counts the minutes back to zero.
2. This display indicates which program they are located.
(88= manually program / P1-P9 = exercise programs)
Time- und Program-Display are automatically alternated dis-
played.
Speed level
1. Shows the speed level of vibration.
Key Functions:
OFF -key = Switches the program off.
ON -key = Switches the program on
M -key = Select button for exercise programs P1-P9 and manually
program 88.
„+“ (Speed level) -key = Increases the speed to max. level 60 dur-
ing manually program (88).
„-“ (Speed level) -key = Decreases the speed to min. level 1 dur-
ing manually program (88).
„+“ (time) -key = Increases the time to max. 15minutes.
„-“ (time) -key = Decreases the time to min. 1minutes.
10 -key = Speed level 10 (ca.7Hz)
20 -key = Speed level 20 (ca.10,5Hz)
30 -key = Speed level 30 (ca.14Hz)
40 -key = Speed level 40 (ca.17.5Hz)
50 -key = Speed level 50 (ca.21Hz)
