Assembly Instructions
Before beginning assembly, be sure to observe our recommendations
and safety instructions. Some parts are preassembled.
Step 1:
Main frame assembly
1. Slide the Rubber Feet (5) onto the side frames (3+4). Lay the side frames
(3+4) and the Reinforcing tube (36) on the fl oor. Insert the Side Frames
(3+4) onto the Seat Rail (1), using 4 pcs of Bolts, 4 pcs of Washers (8),
and 4 pcs of Capnuts (7) to tighten it.
2. Put the End Caps (29) onto the end of the Side Frames (3+4).
3. Attach the Seat (9) onto the Seat Support (2). Secure with
4 pcs of Screws (10).
4. Remove the Bottom Rollers (12) and slide the Seat Support
(2) onto the Seat Rail (1). Insert the Long Bolt (14), Washers
(8) through the hole on Seat Support (2) and 2 pcs of Rollers
(12), tighten with Washers (8) and Nylon Nut (15).
Step 3:
Handle bars assembly
1. Take the left-hand rowing handlebar (24) which is market l. First slide
on a resistance adjustment bracket (30) and than one of the bellows
(27). Attach the handlebar to the U-bracket on the left-hand side of
the frame (3) ensuring the handlebar grip points inwards. Repeat with
the right-hand rowing handlebar.
2. Attach the Rowing Handles Bars (24+25) to the „U“ brackets at the
Left/Right Side Frames (3+4), using Bolts (23), Washers (8) and Nylon
Nuts (15).
Step 2:
Foot rests and computer assembly
1. Take the computer (21) that has been supplied out of the packaging and
insert the batteries (Type “AA”-1.5 V pencells) by watching for the right
polarity on the back of the computer (21). (Batteries for the computer
are not included in this item. Please buy them at your located market.)
2. Insert the Foot Rest Shaft (16) through the holes on the Foot Rests
(18) and Spacer Sleeves (17) then through the hold of the Seat Rail (1).
Using the Large washers (19) and Nylon Nuts (20) to tighten it.
3. Connect the cable (38) and the Computer (21) to the bracket in front
of the Seat Rail (1). Locate the back of computer over the bracket on
the Seat Rail (1) and slide down to lock into position.
