показателейактивируетсяфункцияSCAN(Всепоказатели

высвечиваютсяпоочереди).

C. 3.Еслиключбезопасностинесоединенскомпьютеромили

активирована клавиша Not-Aus, индикация переходит в

мигающийсигнал.

Установка:

A. Включите беговую дорожку нажатием на главный

выключатель,находящийсянаосновнойраме.

B. Встаньтенабоковуюповерхностьбеговойдорожки,крепко

держасьзапоручни.

C. Вложите ключ безопасности в гнездона компьютере и

прикрепите ключ безопасностина тренировочный костюм

(например,напоясбрюк).

D. Для начала тренировки нажмите на клавишу Start/Stop /

Старт/Стоп.

E. После5-секундногоотсчетавременипоубывающейдорожка

приходит в движение. Сразу же после того, как дорожка

пришлавдвижение,ступитьсерединубеговойповерхности

иследоватьзаданнойскорости.

F. Спомощьюклавиш+/-возможноизметениескорости.

C.Нажмите на клавишу START/STOP / СТАРТ/СТОП, чтобы

начатьтренировкусзаданнойскоростью.

Программа с целевым показателем времени:

A. Нажмите клавишу SELECT / ВЫБОР.Индикация TIME /

ВРЕМЯначинаетмигать.

B. ПосредствомнажатияклавишиSPEED+/-/СКОРОСТЬ+/-

выберитевремятренировкиот5:00до99:00минут.

C. Нажмите на клавишу START/STOP / СТАРТ/СТОП, чтобы
