3. Вложите ключ безопасности (76) в соответствующее

гнездо на (75). Компьютер сигнализирует готовность

к эксплуатации. Прикрепите ключ безопасности на

тренировочный костюм (например, пояс брюк) и встаньте

набоковыепланки(9).

 НажмитенаклавишуStart/Stop/Старт/Стоп,чтобыначать

тренировку. После 5-секундного отсчета времени по

убывающейдорожкаприходитвдвижение.Сразужепосле

того,какдорожкапришлавдвижение,ступитьнабеговую

поверхность(8)иследоватьзаданнойскорости.Начинайте

с небольшой скорости, чтобы привыкнуть к движению

беговойдорожки.

4. Ваша адиоаппаратура может быть соединена с

компьютером с встроенными динамиками при помощи

акустическогокабеля(85).

5.  Кабельзаземления(58)можнодополнительноприкрепить

впереди к основной раме (2), чтобы отвести возможные

статическиезарядыкполу.

Транспортировка беговой дорожки:

1. С помощью крепежных болтов установите компьютер к

вертикальное положение.

2. Сложите беговую дорожку при помощи поднятия задней

части и зафиксируйте ее в этом положении с помощью

быстродействующего затвора.

3. Возьмитесь за поручни обеими руками, наклоните

беговую дорожку к себе на столько, чтобы опираясь на

транспортировочные ролики дорожку можно было передвигать.
