Opgemerk:
A. In de werking van de loopband, de SELECT en RESET/MODE
–toets hebben geen functie.
2. Lange druk op deze toets voor 2 seconden: SPEED+ ; SPEED- ;
INCLINE+ en INCLINE- toets kunnen bij uw invoerwaarden de
snel oprukkende actievieren.
3. Voor niet-haak veiligheid clip op de computer of Ctrl down sy-
steem noodstop ingedrukt, schakelt de normale display uit en
knippert.
III. Gebruik van de programma‘s:
Instelling:
A. A. Schakelaar u de hoofdschakelaar op het basisframe een.
B. Staan op de rails van de loopband en houd hem vast aan de
handgrepen.
C. Bevestig de veiligheidsclip (76) aan uw trainingskleding (bijv.
aan uw broeksband) en plug uzelf met de andere kant van
de draad in de computer. Druk u de Start/Stop -Toets om de
Loopband begin.
D. Na een count-down van 3 seconden zet de loopband zich in
beweging. Stap onmiddelijk na het opstarten op de loopflak (8)
en pas u aan de
E. Met de +/- Toets kun u de Snelheid instelling.

A. Verlagen u de snelheid door middle van de - Toets
B. Verwijder de veiligheidsclip uit de Computer.
C. Schakelaar u de hoofdschakelaar uit.

A. Druk u de SELECT –toets totdat de SPEED-beldscherm knippert.
B. Druk u de SPEED+/- toets om de snelheid van 0,8-16km/h voer
in stelling
C. Druk u de START/STOP-toets om met de selecteerde snellheid
de trainen.
1. Programma met Tijdvoerwaarden:
A. Druk u de SELECT- toets totdat de TIME- beldscherm knippert.
B. Druk u de SPEED+/- toets om de tijd van 5:00 - 99:00 Min voer
instelling.
C. Druk u de Start/Stop -toets en de Loopband begin.
