Step 5:
Assembly of grip rods, players and drink holder.
Slide the grip rods (13+14+15) through the bearing holes on one side of long
side board till the middle of playing field. Please note, that on the rod ends
with drilling, the rubber handle will push on later. Put on each rod a bumper
(18) and a washer (19) and the appropriate players (20+21) and bushings
(22). Finally put on each rod a washer (19)
and bumper (18).
(Please pay attention of the right direction and
colour of players.) Now, slide the grip rods
though the other holes of long side board.
Fix the players (20+21) and bushings (22) with
screws 3/32x28 mm (23) and self locking nuts
(24) tightly. Place the goals (25) on each small
side board and secure with screws 3,2x20 mm
(33). Also the bottle holder (36) at appropriate
position with screws 4 x 16 mm (30).
Put the counters together in the right way and
place them with screw (32) into appropriate
position on Small side frame behind the goal.
Step 3:
Assembly of goal door, ball returns and ball return tubes.
Put the goal doors (7) at the appropriate position at short side frame (3)
and fix it with screws 4x12 (30). Put the ball returns (8) at the appropriate
position at long side frame (2) and fix it with screws 4 x 12 (30) too. Connect
the goal doors (7) and ball returns (8) with ball return tubes (12) through
lengthen the tube.
Step 4:
Assembly of leg and leg-panel.
Put the leg-panel (5) into the appropriate position of inner side of legs (4)
and screw it with screws 5x60 mm (43) and barrel nut (44) tightly. Put the
preassembled leg unit (4+5) at the outer side of long side board (2) so that
the holes are aligned and tighten the legs as figure shows with screws 5/16
x 75 mm (26), washers (27) and nuts (28). With the help of another adult,
carefully turn the kicker over and place on its legs.
