KEY FUNCTIONS:

SCAN: Alternates between WATTS/CALORIES and RPM/SPEED. 6 se-
conds per display.
USER DATA: U0 ~U4 (U1 ~ U4) memorized user data
OPERATION
Use
1) Sit on the saddle and start pedaling. Aer a few turns, the display
in the computer starts and we recommend training for another 30 se-
conds so that the rst charging current charges the baery and the
sengs in the computer can be made without interrupon. U0 appe-
ars in the display. Use the +/- key to select any user U0-U4 for yourself
and conrm with F -key. Then set the personal data one by one with
+/- buons: gender, age, height, body weight and conrm each with
the F -key. The personal data of U1 ~ U4 are stored permanently while
U0 only remains as a guest for the current training session. The manu-
al program can be started immediately aer switching on by pressing
the start buon. So is it is not necessary to click through the user data.
2) Then the program selecon ashes. Use the +/- keys to select a
program category: MANUAL, PROGRAM, FITNESS, WATT, PERSONAL,
H.R.C. and conrm by pressing the F -key. The default values such as
me, distance, calories and pulse in the selected program can be called
up with the F -key and changed by using the +/- keys.
3) When the program and the default values are set, press the START/
STOP-key to start training.
4) Pressing the START/STOP -key again ends or interrupts the program.
5) Depending on the baery charge level, the computer switches o
automacally aer the end of the workout (max. 80 sec.). All values
reached up to then remain saved unl the device is switched o and
you can connue training based on these values or you can set all func-
ons to zero using the „L“ key.
1. MANUAL: Manual program
When selecng the program, select the MANUAL category using the
+/- keys and conrm with the F -key. Call up the seng opons TIME /
DISTANCE / CALORIES / PULSE by pressing the F -key and seng the va-
lues using the +/- keys. Use the START/STOP buon to start the manual
program and adjust the resistance during training using the +/- keys.
2. PROGRAM: Exercise programs
When selecng the program, select the PROGRAM category using the
+/- keys and conrm with the F -key. Then call up one of the 12 die-
rent training programs using the +/- keys and conrm with the F -key.
(Alternavely, the program direct selecon buons P1-P12 can be used
to select the desired program.) Call up the default opons RESISTANCE
LEVEL / TIME / DISTANCE / CALORIES / PULSE by pressing the F -key and
seng the values using the +/- keys. Use the START/STOP -keys to start
the selected program.
3. FITNESS: Fitness test program
When selecng the program, select the FITNESS category using the
+/- keys and conrm with the F -key. A specicaon is not possible in
this program. The me is set to 12 minutes and you press the START/
STOP buon to start program and train with heart rate display. Aer
the me has elapsed, the program displays a tness grade according
to the school grade principle, as well as the distance and consumed
approx. calories.
