Snelheidsprogramma‘s P1-P16
Kies met de Prog-toets één van de 16 verschillende snelheids-
programma‘s uit. In deze programma‘s wordt de gekozen tijd in
20 deelintervallen verdeeld, waarbij de loopsnelheid zich in deze
intervallen automatisch op de in de onderstaande tabel aange-
geven snelheden instelt. Elke aanpassing van de snelheid wordt
door een 5 seconden count-down akoestisch ingeleid. Druk op
de start-toets om het programma te starten. Na afloop hoort u
een signaal en de loopband stopt vanzelf. Wilt u het programma
(voortijdig) onderbreken, drukt u op de stop-toets.
Veiligheidsclip
De veiligheidsclip (30) dient voor uw eigen zekerheid in noodgeval-
len. Hij dient in de computer ingeplugd zijn, om waarden in te kun-
nen voeren en om de loopband te starten. Bevestig de veiligheids-
clip voor elke training. Hij dient voor uw eigen veiligheid, omdat hij
bij een ongewild afstappen van de band (in bijv. een noodsituatie)
de loopband snel stilzet. Wanneer de veiligheidsclip niet aange-
sloten is op de computer, verschijnt er de foutmelding „---“ op
het beeldscherm. Door de veiligheidsclip op de computer aan te
sluiten worden alle waarden op nul terug gezet en is hij startklaar.
