Assembly Instruction

Before beginning assembly, be sure to observe our recommenda-

tions and safety instructions.

Step 1:

Install of the front footbar (51) and the rear footbar (87) on the main

frame (56) with the carriage bolts (53), the washers 8//19 (18), spring

washer (10) and the cap nuts M8 (50).

1. Place screws (53) and two each washers (18), spring washers (10)

and nuts (50) accessibly beside the front and rear parts of the main

frame (56).

2. Insert the foot bars (51) + (87) in the holder of the main frame (56) and

adjust so that the hole patterns of the holders and the foot bars (51) +

(87) are aligned.

3. Push one screw (53) through each hole.

4. Fit the screw ends of (56) with one washer (18), spring washer (10)

and fasten each with a nut (50).

Step 2:

Connecting the computer cable harness (8) to the computer cable

harness (55), connecting lower tension cable (27) with tension con-

trol (49), installation of the support (64) on the main frame (56) with

the round-headed Allen screws M8x20 (22), the washers 8//19 (18),

and the spring washers for M8 (10).

1. Place screws (22), each washers (18) and spring washers (10) acces-

sibly beside the front part of the main frame (56).

2. Place the lower end of the support (46) against the main frame (56)

and plug the ends of the two computer cable harnesses (8) and (55)

projecting from (56) and (46) together.

(Note: The computer cable harness (8) projecting from the support (46)

must not slide into the tube, as it is required for later steps of installa-

tion.)

When joining the tubes, ensure that the cable connection is not trap-

ped.

3. Connect the middle section tension cable (49) to the bracket of lower

section cable tension (27) (See ﬁ gure A1-A4).

4. Put one spring washer (10) and one washer (18) on each screw (22).

Push the screws (22) through the holes in the support (46), screw into

the threaded holes of the main frame (56) and tighten ﬁ rmly.

Step 3:

Installation of the connecting tubes (23+61) at the support (46) with

washers (20+21+47), curved washer (39), spring washers (10) and

screws (26).

1. Push the washers (47), curved washers (39) and connecting tubes

(23+61) onto the shaft of the support (46).

2. Put on the screw (26) one spring washer (10), one washer (21) and one

washer (20).

3. Push the screws (26) through the threaded holes of support (46) and

tighten the connecting tubes (23+61) ﬁ rmly.
