Assembly Instructions
Before beginning assembly, be sure to observe our re-
commendations and safety instructions. Some parts are
pre assembled.
1 . Place the seat on the fl oor and attach the main frame (2)
onto the padding (3) by using the screws M6x16 (17).
2 . Place the foot (7) into the foot tube holder (1) and attach
the cross bar (4) at foot tube holder (1) in desired position
and secure with knurled grip nut (11). Slide a round
padded section (10) and a grip pad (18) on both ends of
cross bar (4).
3. Place the main frame (2) into the holder of foot tube holder
(1) and screw them together by using screw M8x55 (13)
washer (15) and self locking nut (14). With safety pin (12)
you have to secure the bench fold up and assembled
position.
(Attention: Please be careful, if you fold up the bench.)
4. Now attach the Round padded section locator (5) onto
the foot tube holder (1) and secure with knurled grip nut
(11). Slide a Round padded section (10) on both ends of
Round padded section locator (5).
5. Screw the dumbbell hooks (16) at the main frame (2) and
secure with screws (13), washers (15) and nuts (14).
(The screw shouldn’t tighten fi rmly, so that the hooks can
move)
6. Assemble the elastic ropes (19) with safety hooks at the
foot (7). Ensure before each training, that the elastic ropes
(19) are focused. Don’t bend the elastic ropes (19) more
than 1,80m.
Checks:
Check the correct installation and function of all screwed
and plug connections. Installation is thereby complete.
Check the correct fi tting of the expansion joints before
every training and don’t bend the expansion joints more
than 180cm.
Note:
You can storage the dumbbells onto the hooks (16).
Please keep the instructions in a safe place as these may
be required for repairs or spare parts orders becoming
necessary later.
